I purchased the P90X system a few months ago and I am truly pleased that I bought it. I have had a few moments when I didn’t think I would be able to make it through a workout, but those are now few and far between.

I love the nutritional guide that comes along with this system and use it every day to help me plan out my meals. I have found that I am healthier than I have ever been before, and it is all because of the P90X system.

The great thing about this system is that it makes you reach your goals without being too over bearing. A lot of other workout videos that I have used in the past all seemed to be a bit corny with their encouragement, or they were more like drill sergeants trying to beat you into good health. With this system, you will get the encouragement you need in a way that makes you want to finish out your workout session.

If you need to lose a few pounds and tone up a bit, you should probably look at something else; but if you want to get into the best shape you have ever been, then the P90X system is what you need. Just be warned that this isn’t some easy little workout that you can do on Sunday afternoon. This is a workout that will let you know what it means to get yourself in shape.
